Owner's Quality Program

 

  • Develop a Quality Management System (QMS) or QA/QC Plans based on the owner’s quality needs for the project

  • Assist the client with the appropriate QA language for the RFQ/RFP and respond to any questions or comments from proposers

  • Provide a QA/QC presence during interviews

  • Provide the staffing needed to manage and implement the quality process from program development through project closure


Contractor and Engineer's Quality Plan​

 

  • Develop a QMS or QA/QC Plans based on the quality requirements of the project (A draft Quality Plan can be provided for the proposal submittal)

  • Interpret Quality Requirements stated in Request for Qualifications/Proposals

  • Assist the contractor with the appropriate QA language in response to the RFQ/RFP and assist with any QA/QC questions or comments

  • Provide a QA/QC presence during interviews

  • Provide the staffing needed to manage and implement the quality process from program development through project closure
